Concrete carbonation test box is a special equipment for concrete carbonation test. With digital display, full automatic control, perfect performance. The carbonization test box is a closed box, the shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, the inner tank is made of high-quality stainless steel, and the insulation layer is made of polyurethane foam. The grating is made of stainless steel profiles. It has good thermal insulation, sealing and corrosion resistance. The electrical control is through microcomputer controller. Automatic control is carried out according to the set temperature, humidity and CO2 concentration to ensure constant temperature, humidity and CO2 concentration in the box. The temperature sensor of the temperature control system adopts PT100 temperature sensor. It is the sensor type commonly used in the electronic temperature sensors currently used; It has the characteristics of high precision and good linearity. When the temperature in the box measured by the sensor is lower than the lower limit of the control value, the controller sends a command and the heating element starts to work. On the contrary, when the temperature is higher than the upper limit of the control value, the instrument sends a command to the compressor to work. When the temperature in the box reaches the set control value, the heating element or compressor stops working, so as to achieve the goal of constant temperature in the box. The humidity control system adopts evaporative moisture absorption dehumidification. When the humidity in the box is higher than the upper limit of the control value, the instrument outputs a signal command to work and starts the compressor for dehumidification. When the humidity in the cabinet is lower than the lower limit of the control value, the instrument outputs a command and the humidifier starts spraying moisture. (Note: Fill the humidifier with distilled water to ensure the working life of the sensor.) Carbon dioxide sensor of carbon dioxide control system adopts imported infrared sensitive sensor. By emitting infrared ray of a certain frequency, which is easily absorbed by carbon dioxide gas, the concentration of carbon dioxide can be determined according to the intensity of reflection. At the same time, the sensor can also detect whether the sensor has data offset due to other reasons through the automatic detection function, and automatically perform software compensation.
